Image tracking may be in place at any time to identify unauthorised use. Unauthorised use of copyrighted images will be liable for an administration charge and reproduction fee.

Orders & Payments.

When you place a order on my website, I will e-mail you to acknowledge receipt of your order and payment.

All payments on this website are processed automatically by WIX payments via a secure SSL encrypted server.

WIX offers an industry standard secure on-line payments system. 

Payment can be by credit or debit card.

UK cheques and bank transfers can also be accepted as a method of payment. Please contact me if you would like to pay using either of these systems.

Ordering my work.

Your order will be suitably packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items will be packaged in the following ways:

• Photographic print orders are packaged in a secure rigid box to prevent damage.

• Canvas prints are wrapped in bubble wrap and then corrugated card or a box.

• Greeting cards are sent in a board backed envelope.

Delivery

Delivery is included for all UK orders.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order please contact me as soon as possible.

Any special order is not covered by UK distance selling regulations.

When the product is returned and is deemed to be not of satisfactory quality you will be offered a choice of either a replacement, or a full refund.

Workshops - Terms & Conditions

I no longer run workshops.  Gift vouchers are valid for two years from purchase.

All valid vouchers that are less than two years from issue will be honoured.
