Thank you again for the excellent workshop last weekend. I have learnt so much and have been out today to practice some of the techniques you taught me.
Following your tuition on the Photoshop, I have purchased Elements 15 and have already had some pleasing results.
Today I took some photos from height overlooking Teignmouth seafront using the Aperture settings you showed me, and have compared them with existing pictures I have taken. The clarity and light is so much better with the new settings, Thank you.

Thank you very much for the course which I really enjoyed.  I learned a lot and am starting to find my way around my camera which is great.  Using RAW has also allowed me to take some decent images of my glass work which I can actually tidy (you are right jpeg is a nightmare.)  I found the course addressed my needs as a beginner and the portrait session was very useful as it is not always possible to take landscapes. After a day on Dartmoor with Adrian I feel that he has helped me take my landscape photography to a whole new level. I have come away from the day feeling that I have learnt a lot and am now equipped to go out and shoot and process images that I can be really happy with. Hi Adrian,
Many thanks for your extremely informative and entertaining photo course.  I took delivery of a polarising filter for my camera today and, even with only an initial review on a wet Monday morning, am very impressed with the difference it makes.  I'm now looking forward to having a good play with this and the other landscape tips you gave Kate and me during the day.
I have identified  what I think is a good site for a spectacular sunset picture looking towards the Great Orme in North Wales - all I now need is suitable weather conditions, and to be there with camera and tripod.  Being North Wales, I don't have to worry about clear blue skies; they're a very rare event!
Again, we both found the day most enjoyable and stimulating, so many thanks.

I would like to thank you for a very instructive day, yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed the full day on the Dorset coast.  Adrian was so helpful, patient, very knowledgeable and extremely informative.  No time was wasted travelling (thanks for driving) as Adrian got to know our skill levels en route and chatted about photography's lol the way to our fabulous scenic destinations.  A thoroughly worthwhile day and lots of ideas to go away and try.  My Christmas list is sorted for accessories too!

Just felt I needed to say thank you again for the day out in North Devon last week. I found it very helpful to revisit what was covered by the course I attended and Paul has discovered a lot about how to use his camera. I've only managed to look at a couple of your videos, they are very helpful and will get to the rest as and when I cover a particular area. Having Elements 12 makes it so much more useful in terms of following the videos you've provided on the CD. The CD is certainly an excellent learning tool to support the workshop day. I’ll have to start saving up as I would quite enjoy a workshop out on Dartmoor, maybe next year.

I've bought the Sigma 10-20 mm lens from Wex and received it on Monday. I had elements 10 so I've just upgraded to 12 and I like the layout of the newer version, not so cluttered with tools.

Thanks for a very good day’s shooting;  We covered a fair bit of ground but it was well worth it to see the moor and get some nice shots. I thought you might be interested to see the panorama I did at the end on High Staple Tor. It’s made up of seven portrait shots with quite a lot of overlap. Don’t you think the group of rocks in the middle has a sinister presence in the picture or is it more benevolent like a sentinel? I think it looks foreboding. Anyway I am inspired to come back to Dartmoor and have another go soon, perhaps in November when there might be fog on the moor. Owen

Again wanted to say thank you for the workshop on Sunday 21st July.  I certainly learnt some additional aspects of photography and some other controls on the camera. 
The process documents you put onto my memory card came out fine.  And I have finally had a chance to look at my photos and managed to stitch a few together, and must say very impressed with the results.  Still yet to go through the merging of the 3 shots taken from bracketing and the other processes you showed us.

Who would have thought there was so much content with just a few trees, a gentle slope and a truly wonderful sky, learnt so much about composition and light. The Photoshop session at lunchtime was really good, lots learnt and put into practice on Sunday after that wonderful end to the day on Kilve beach. The waterfalls near Watersmeet were spectacular, got some really good shots and again learnt a lot, this time about shutter speed and the use of ND filters. The first hour or so at Mamhead really opened my eyes to getting amazing photographs in really low light and the session at lunchtime on Photoshop was worth the day's fee all by itself. Mike

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed yesterday. Before the workshop, I was feeling as if my photography had reached a bit of a plateau. 
Yesterday was just fantastic ... really inspiring ... I am still on a high and buzzing!! 
It was exactly what I needed to get me excited again about my photography and opened my eyes to lots of new possibilities.

"Thanks for the workshop on Saturday.  We had a particularly good day. Great planning and watching the weather, it made the day for me. Good choice of locations and flexibility to the conditions.
I noticed that the help/training is really not in a ‘do it like this’ manner, I observed that you give most information in a ‘relevant’ chat kind of way. Its really low key – you don’t realise how much you are learning. I particularly liked the locations especially Westcombe Beach – it was stunning.
Coming away with some ‘keepers’ is a real buzz, I think we bored Jacqui senseless when we got home. It is a real inspiration to know you can do it!
I don’t want to speak for No, but…..there was a girl with a brand new camera and not much experience and she took pictures that looked like a pro. We have an addict!
